The problem is, most people don't know about broker firms other than which they are registered with.
For me i know only about 2 firms well.
And I have to thank you for this idea. This will surely help a newbie to select the best stock broker firm, for his/her investments.
I voted for JBS. It has a qualified staff. all the advisors should have to have a degree. their researches are very good. They have the most advanced, web based online trading platform.
But the drawbacks are, they consider much on long term investors, and the trading platform is only given to large scale investors.
When Asha Phillips is considered, it is one of the largest investor collections. They serve large and small scale investors both. They gave cdax to all investors previously, but not now. (I got to know that, they are also going to switch to an advanced web based trading platform) it is a good firm for any type of investor, small/big/day/value.
But as their large customer base, sometimes they hesitate to help small scale investors. some advisors do not think much about small ones.
(I don't know much on others, there may be better firms)
